Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively by sea freight (ocean shipping).

Depending on the order quantity, shipments may be arranged as:

  • Full Container Load (FCL)
  • Less than Container Load (LCL)

Delivery Time

Our standard lead time is:

  • 5–10 business days to Qingdao Port, China

This timeframe refers to the preparation, production, packaging, and delivery of goods to Qingdao Port after order confirmation and payment arrangement.

International sea transit time after vessel departure will vary depending on the destination country, shipping route, customs clearance, and carrier schedule.

Shipping Terms

All quotations and shipments are based on:

  • FOB Qingdao (Free On Board Qingdao Port, China)

Under FOB Qingdao terms:

  • LOKEM is responsible for delivering the goods to Qingdao Port and completing export customs clearance.
  • The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, insurance, destination customs clearance, import duties, and inland transportation after shipment departure.

Export Port

Default export port:

  • Qingdao Port, China

Alternative ports may be arranged upon request depending on logistics requirements.

Shipping Costs

FOB pricing does not include:

  • Ocean freight charges
  • Cargo insurance
  • Destination port charges
  • Import duties or taxes

Customers may arrange their own freight forwarder or request shipping coordination assistance.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for all import-related charges in the destination country, including:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes or VAT
  • Import clearance fees
  • Local delivery charges

Please check with your local customs authority or freight forwarder before ordering.

Shipping Documents

LOKEM can provide standard export documentation, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)
  • Additional export documents upon request

Shipment Updates

After shipment arrangement, customers will receive relevant shipping information, including:

  • Shipment schedule
  • Container details (if applicable)
  • Bill of Lading copy
  • Export documentation

Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping schedules may occasionally be affected by:
